International audience. The CUMIN (Campus of University with Mobility based on Innovation and carbon Neutral) aims at developing a carbon-free campus for the University of Lille 1 in France. The mobility of the users is indeed the most important contributor to Green House Gas emissions of the campus. CUMIN aims at progressively replacing the thermal cars of the users by electric vehicles which will be charged with energy of photovoltaic panels.
