International audience. An equivalent continuous dynamic model of a fuel cell generator and wind energy conversion system is proposed in this paper. It is shown that this model is interesting for analyzing the dynamic behavior of the system and for designing the control strategy. The proposed global model is simulated with the help of Matlab-Simulink ™ , by considering a 400 W wind generator and a Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC) generator. This hybrid system is connected to a distribution network which is simulated with the help of the Power System Blockset ™ (PSB) toolbox.
