This dissertation develops the various teaching tasks, research works and administrative activities that i carried since the defense of my doctoral thesis and my appointment as associate professor. I will start by describing the classes I taught (courses, seminars, practical works) and training courses I supervised. The responsibilities I was in charge of, on these occasions, are quoted, together with my national and international collaborations. After giving a short presentation of the general scope and methodology of the conducted studies, a summary of my research activities is then supplied (articles, communications, book, patent, doctoral thesis management, contribution to research projects and contracts). My research responsibilities and collaborations are then emphasized at the local, regional, national and international levels, together with my evelopment activities. A detailed list of my published works is finally given. The research point of view is moreover completed using a detailed presentation of the research works and theses I contributed to manage. This furnishes an opportunity to present and illustrate at once the chosen thematics, the pursued goals, the used electromagnetic emission and reception or localisation and obstacle detection techniques. This part presents also the followed approach, from theory to the conception and simulation of systems, their synthesis into programmable circuits and, finally, prototype or demonstrator construction. In the end, some rospective developments are given, opening new ways for my future teaching courses and research works. . Ce mémoire présente les diverses tâches d’enseignement, travaux de recherche et activités administratives que j’ai accomplies depuis la soutenance de ma thèse de Doctorat et ma nomination en tant que Maître de Conférences. Mes activités d’enseignement devant des groupes d’étudiants (cours, travaux dirigés et pratiques) et d’encadrements de stages sont d’abord décrites. Les responsabilités que j’ai exercées dans ce cadre sont citées, ainsi que mes collaborations au niveau national et international. Après avoir exposé rapidement mon cadre général de travail et la méthodologie des études menées, une synthèse de mes activités de recherche est ensuite fournie (publications, communications, livre, brevet, encadrement doctoral, participation à des contrats et projets). Mes responsabilités et collaborations liées à la recherche sont alors exposées, au niveau local et régional, puis national et enfin international, ainsi que mes activités de valorisation. Une liste de mes publications et communications est enfin donnée. L’aspect recherche est encore complété par une présentation détaillée des travaux de recherche que j’ai encadrés, occasion de présenter et d’illustrer, à la fois, les thématiques choisies et les buts poursuivis. Ainsi cette partie expose les techniques d’émission et de réception électromagnétiques ou encore de localisation et de détection d’obstacles employées. La démarche suivie, de la théorie, à la conception et à la simulation de systèmes et leur syntèse à l’aide de circuits programmables, avec pour objectif final l’élaboration de prototypes ou de démonstrateurs. Enfin, un certain nombre de développements prospectifs sont présentés, tant en matière d’enseignement que pour mes futurs travaux de recherche.
